REFUND POLICIES

Gymnastics Ontario Membership - Please note all GO memberships are non-refundable.  

Recreational & Preschool Classes - Full refund for program if class is dropped before the first class. Deadline to withdraw is one day after the first class, if class is dropped after the first class, the refund is prorated for the class attended. After this time, no refund will be granted.

Camps - Refunds may be granted if request is received 14 days prior to the first day of camp.  No refunds will be granted if less than 14 days notice is given.

WAITLIST POLICY  (Updated April 2024)

Our system is now set up to automatically email the 1st person on the waitlist if a spot becomes available. You will have 24 hours to accept the spot. After 24 hours if you have rejected the spot or if you have not taken action you will automatically be removed from the waitlist. If a spot becomes available and you are looking to transfer from a class you are already enrolled in please call our office, 613-224-6524, or email us at corona@coronagym.ca to complete the transfer.
